Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations. ie heavy bulky general stationery items. We ship company seals worldwide and company kits and registers etc. Shipped through your local mail service.

Shipping Options

UK Mainland Only -    Orders over 120.00 fixed rate of 6.00 per delivery

First Class Post Signed for - Available for small items ie. Seals and Company Registers 

Special Delivery before 1.00pm - Available for small items ie. Seals and Company Registers

All of our items are available in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Channel Islands and other offshore locations in the British Isles most items are charged by weight. Small items within this geographic area are posted 1st Class Signed For. At an extra cost they may be sent by Next Day Special Delivery. Orders received are processed within 48hours. Weekend Orders will be processed next working day ie. Monday. Heavy or bulky goods will be by private courier at a fixed price of 6.00 per delivery


When you place an order, we will include all shipping costs and availability of your items. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. (The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page). To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be according to there relevant price bands.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your full refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please return items within 14 days.

Items that have been Personalised or engraved  will normally only be replaced or refunded if we have made an error or if the item is faulty . We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrectly spelt  item, etc.). Please check your order carefully before sending as your spelling must be correct. We engrave as per your instructions. We cannot give refunds for products that have been engraved with your personal details.
